Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Yateland application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.
Use of Our Apps
Our Apps are designed for children ages 2-8, with select titles for kids up to 13, to be used under parental or guardian supervision. You agree to:
- Use our Apps only for their intended purpose (educational entertainment for children)
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any App
- Not use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
- Supervise your child's use of our Apps as appropriate
Age Requirement & Parental Consent
Our Apps are intended for use by children. By using our Apps, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian. Children should not use our Apps without parental consent and supervision.
Intellectual Property
All content in our Apps — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, text, and code — is the property of Yateland and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
In-App Purchases
Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing purchase settings on their devices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yateland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use our Apps will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of China.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
